Pre-orders
Have you found a product that you don't want to miss out on and would like to secure it before it is officially available? We'd be delighted to help! We offer you the option of placing a pre-order and reserving your desired product by making an advance payment of €10. The remaining amount will be collected when the product is shipped. Then all you have to do is wait until we deliver your desired product directly to your home within the delivery period specified when you placed your order.
Unfortunately, delivery may be delayed due to production or delivery bottlenecks. Unfortunately, we cannot avoid this. We will inform you immediately if such a case should occur. In such a case, you have the right to cancel your order if we are unable to deliver by a prompt delivery date. If you incur further damages due to our failure to deliver, we will compensate you for the damages incurred. In such cases, your payment will be refunded.
Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of our products on this website is for information purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. When you click on the 'Buy now' button, you are placing a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order. Please note: This confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer. The contract is only concluded with our separate order confirmation or with the dispatch of the goods.
No purchase contract is concluded for products that you have selected as part of an order but which are not listed in our order or shipping confirmation.
If you place a pre-order with us, the contract is concluded upon payment.
Delivery
Unless otherwise stated for the respective product, the delivery time is usually around 1-2 working days for Germany, 2-3 working days for Austria and 4-5 working days for Switzerland, Denmark or Sweden.
Unless you specify a different delivery address, we will automatically send your order to the billing address you provided. If delivery is not possible, for example because you are not available at the announced delivery time and have not given a signature release authorization and we are therefore unable to complete the delivery successfully, we ask for your understanding that you will have to bear the costs incurred as a result.
In the event of a delay in delivery, we shall be liable within the scope of the statutory provisions, provided that this is due to intentional or grossly negligent behaviour on our part. This also includes corresponding fault on the part of our employees or service providers. If the delay is due to a grossly negligent breach of duty, our liability shall be limited to the foreseeable and typically occurring damage. This also applies if we have inadvertently breached an essential contractual obligation.
Prices
All prices quoted for deliveries include statutory value added tax and other price components. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be charged additionally.
Warranty and Liability
The statutory warranty provisions of Switzerland apply to all products purchased from us. If a product is defective, we will, at our discretion, offer you either a replacement delivery or a refund of the purchase price. Further claims are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
If the subsequent performance takes the form of a replacement delivery, you are obliged to return the originally delivered goods at our expense within 30 days of receiving the replacement goods. Under the legal requirements, we reserve the right to claim compensation for lost value or damages.
We shall be liable for claims for damages in accordance with the statutory provisions if damage was caused by intentional or grossly negligent behaviour on our part or on the part of our representatives or vicarious agents. In cases of simple negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, and even then, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage. Unless one of the above exceptions applies, any further liability is excluded.
The limitation period for claims for defects is 24 months from receipt of the goods.

Payment
Payment can be made in the following ways:
- PayPal: If you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal website after placing your order to complete the payment. The payment will be processed immediately after your order is confirmed by PayPal.
- You must have a PayPal account or select the guest payment method, if offered.
- The general PayPal terms and conditions apply, which you can view on the PayPal website. For more information about PayPal, visit https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/legalhub-full.
- Purchase on account via PayPal (PayPal invoice): If you select this payment method, the purchase will be made on account via PayPal. After a successful credit check by PayPal, you will receive a separate invoice from PayPal, which must be paid within the period specified by PayPal.
- Shopify Payments: With this option, the service is provided by Shopify International Limited, based in Ireland. The data required to process the payment is collected and processed directly by Shopify. When using this payment method, the terms of use and privacy policy of Shopify apply, which you can view at https://www.shopify.com/legal/terms and https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy. By selecting Shopify Payments as your payment method, you consent to the processing of your data by Shopify. Payment is due upon conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed.
Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full. If you act in breach of contract, in particular in the event of default in payment, we reserve the right to take back the goods. This return also constitutes withdrawal from the contract.
We ask you to treat the goods with care and diligence until full payment has been made.
Cancellation policy
Please note that under Swiss law, you do not have the option to withdraw from your contract with us, even if it is a contract concluded digitally.
Industrial property rights
Please note that all illustrations, drawings, content and the subject matter of the contract itself are subject to our copyright and other industrial property rights. We reserve these rights without restriction.

Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
Swiss law applies to all contractual relationships. Unless mandatory statutory provisions dictate otherwise, the place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland.
Final provisions
Should individual provisions of this contract be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by the statutory provision that comes closest to the meaning and purpose of the invalid or unenforceable provision.
